Training Video Requirements

Create a custom avatar by providing a high-quality training video that meets these specifications:
  • Duration: 4-5 minutes (2 minutes minimum)
  • Resolution: 1080p preferred, 720p minimum
  • Format: MP4 or MOV files
  • Camera: Professional or quality laptop cameras (QuickTime Player on Mac works well)
  • Face clearly visible, unobstructed, and occupying sufficient frame space
  • No other people visible in the video
  • Consistent lighting with no shadows on face
  • Static background with contrasting colors to face/hair
  • Green screen setup recommended if available
  • Maintain upright, stable head position with minimal movement
  • Look directly at camera throughout and avoid extended eye closure
  • Keep hands below shoulders, minimal gestures
  • Speak slowly and clearly in complete sentences
  • Include 1-2 second pauses between longer statements
  • Begin with 5 seconds of stillness while looking at camera
