Beyond Presence avatars and agents natively support 35 of the most popular languages, enabling you to expand the user base of your conversational agent application to a global audience.
To change the language of an agent, simply set its language
to the desired
language code before starting a call.
We are actively working on further enhancing our multilingual support and will soon also support automatic language detection and mid-call language switching.
