Beyond Presence can be deployed in three ways, depending on your data residency, isolation, and compliance requirements.

Standard SaaS

By default, all self-serve subscriptions have both Managed Agents and the Speech-to-Video API hosted by Beyond Presence in a global multi-region deployment. Each user is routed to the nearest physical worker by default. We operate runners in the EU, the U.S., and the Middle East, and are continuously adding more. This means your users are already served by local workers in most cases, but it is not guaranteed: if the whole local region is at capacity, a request may still be routed to another region.
To ensure that processing stays within a given region, as required under GDPR for example, you need region pinning. See Region Pinning for details.

Isolated Deployments

An isolated deployment runs our services on dedicated, single-tenant infrastructure in the region of your choice. Your workloads never share capacity with other customers, and all processing is guaranteed to stay in the region you select. On-Prem Deployment

An on-premise deployment runs Beyond Presence entirely within your own environment, so that no data ever leaves your network. This also covers fully isolated setups with no outbound internet access at all, for air-gapped or otherwise network-restricted environments. Both isolated and on-premise deployments require an enterprise plan, as the setup is tailored to your infrastructure and compliance requirements.
